Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of tool design, molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

Machining Expertise: Hands-on experience with CNC, VMC, EDM, and conventional machines.

CAD/CAM Skills: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve tooling issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Quality Focus: Knowledge of precision machining, tolerances, and inspection methods.

Maintenance Skills: Capability to repair, maintain, and improve existing tools and molds.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination skills with production and design teams.

Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization.

Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool & Die Engineering, or a related field.

Salary: Above 20k per month
