Job Description: Tool Room Engineer

The Tool Room Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the tool room operations, ensuring that all tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and equipment are available, accurate, and in optimal working condition to support manufacturing activities. The role involves designing, fabricating, inspecting, and maintaining tools required for production while ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and efficiency targets. The Tool Room Engineer works closely with production, maintenance, and design teams to provide technical support, recommend improvements, and ensure timely delivery of tools for smooth manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in tool design, manufacturing processes, and maintenance practices, along with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, or related field.

Experience: 0 to 2 years
