Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the tool room, including maintenance, calibration, and repair of tools, fixtures, and jigs.

Assist in designing and developing tools that meet production requirements and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions.

Ensure tools are stored, maintained, and handled according to safety and operational protocols.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance schedules to avoid downtime and equipment failures.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Salary: Above 20k per month
