Urgent Hiring for a qualified registered nurse at S L Raheja Hospital. (Department - WARD, ICU & OT)


Job description:

* Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature, provide drugs and injections, etc).
* Monitor patient's condition and maintain medical record and, Admission/discharge book, Census book, Daily Over sheet.
* Administration of Medication and Injections and Intra infusion therapy.
* Treat medical emergencies.
* Assist doctors in Emergency cases or any other assistance required like Cleaning and Dressing, Suturing & Suture Removal, Lumber Puncture, etc.
* Assist Doctors in Rounds and Physical Examination of Patient
* Follow standard rules & regulations of the Hospital.
* Providing Pre & Post-operation care
* Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures, BP, etc
* Checking Inventory and Maintain Equipment and materials in a Proper way

Qualification - GNM / Bsc / Msc Nursing

Salary - depend on previous CTC and Experience
