Responsibilities:

Call US insurance companies to follow up on pending/denied claims.

Resolve billing issues & update claim status.

Ensure timely collections & meet targets.

Skills:

Good English communication skills.

Basic knowledge of US healthcare preferred.

Willingness to work in night shifts.
