Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats.
Handle documentation related to hiring, onboarding, exits, and internal movements.
Prepare HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and legal standards.
Assist in audits by providing required documentation and reports.
Maintain attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
Help coordinate training and development programs.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and policy updates.
Qualification & Skills:
MBA-HR
0 to 1 years of Experience
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: 20L to 30L per year
Education:
Master's (Required)
