Job Description:
A Junior HR Executive supports the HR department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR administration. The role involves assisting in hiring processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training, and ensuring smooth HR functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
