Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance with company policies. The HR Executive will act as a link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Handle payroll assistance, leave management, and attendance.

Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

Assist in training and development programs.

Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: MBA (HR)

Pay upto 22k per month
