During various design phases, the Cost Control Engineer is in charge of preparing cost plans/estimates, as well as budget reconciliation, cost checking, and cost control. You must be a certified building contractor, or have experience operating as one, to work for this firm. You'll be in charge of overseeing and managing the physical construction process for each project on which you're working. In addition, you'll review and approve contractors' bills and ensure that the proper procedure is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.
