Job Description:

Location: Chennai.

Department: Plant Management.

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Production preferred).

Salary: 1 to 1.25 LPM

Experience: 10 to 12 years.

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced General Manager Plant Operations to oversee end-to-end plant activities. The role requires leadership in production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall plant operations and ensure production targets are met

Manage cross-functional departments including production, quality, maintenance, and stores

Implement process improvements for productivity, efficiency, and cost control

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Lead budgeting, resource planning, and workforce management

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports

Foster a high-performance culture and develop the leadership team within the plant

Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning and execution
