It is important to emphasize that the Life Orientations® Survey series is not meant for use in recruiting, which is a good point to make. Instead, it's a survey meant to improve interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and self-awareness skills. However, LIFE Orientations® feels that we are more than one thing at a time, and hence it is not meant for recruiting and hiring purposes. Therefore, it is essentially against the LIFE Orientations® concept and purpose to box people in according to their orientation and to decide on their organizational duties.
