Your Duties:
Daily Production Planning and Execution: Oversee shop floor activities throughout shifts to guarantee that job orders, assembly targets, and production plans are carried out in accordance with daily timelines and quality standards.
Process Optimisation & Cycle Time Reduction: To find bottlenecks, get rid of non-value-added tasks, and optimise takt time on both manual and automated production lines, examine line balance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cycle times.
Yield and Waste Management: To reduce raw material waste and rework expenses, keep an eye on material utilisation, track scrap rates, examine the underlying causes of rejection, and put remedial measures in place.
Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement: To optimise workflow, shorten changeover times, and boost operational productivity, implement 5S, Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping projects.
