Who you are:
Oversee shop floor activities throughout shifts to guarantee that assembly targets, work orders, and production plans are carried out in accordance with daily schedules and quality standards. To find bottlenecks, get rid of non-value-added tasks, and maximise takt time on both human and automated production lines, examine line balance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cycle times. To reduce raw material waste and rework expenses, keep an eye on material utilisation, track scrap rates, examine the underlying causes of rejection, and put remedial measures in place. Promote 5S, Kaizen, Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), and Value Stream Mapping programs to boost operational productivity, streamline processes, and shorten changeover times.
