Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversight of Pretreatment and Electro-Deposition: Keep an eye on, maintain, and adjust chemical pretreatment baths and electro-deposition tanks to guarantee ideal pH, conductivity, temperature, and bath agitation parameters.
Automated and Manual Coating Application: For both automated spray booths and manual touch-up stations, optimise robot route trajectories, flow rates, shaping air pressure, and high-voltage electrostatic parameters.Oven Curing & Thermal Profile Optimisation: To ensure full paint curing without thermal yellowing or blistering, audit curing oven temperature profiles, air velocity patterns, and residence periods using dataloggers.
Defect Root Cause Analysis & Line Scrap Reduction: To optimise FTT paint yield, perform real-time defect isolation for surface flaws and put corrective and preventive action frameworks in place.
Environmental and Sludge System Management: Ensure complete adherence to environmental regulations by keeping an eye on paint sludge separation systems, hazardous waste disposal, wastewater treatment inputs, and emissions of volatile organic compounds.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
