Job Description:

We are looking for passionate AR Callers to join our leading Healthcare BPO in Chennai. This is a full-time Night Shift role for candidates interested in building a career in US Medical Billing.

Location : Perungudi ,Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.)

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

Skills: Excellent English communication, knowledge of RCM cycle preferred, willingness to work night shifts.

Role & Responsibilities:

Call insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.

Resolve claim denials and discrepancies.

Ensure timely collections and maintain quality standards.

Work collaboratively with the billing team to achieve targets.
