Key Responsibilities:

· Run end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent.

· Establish and grow a deep pool of prospects through multiple channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

· Intermingle with hiring managers extensively to comprehend staffing requirements and design efficient recruitment strategies.

· Leverage innovative recruitment methods to bring in diverse and high-potential talent.

· Arrange and conduct interviews, tests, and other selection activities.

· Guide and support candidates through the recruitment process, fostering a positive candidate experience.
