An HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire the best candidates for the organization. The role involves sourcing talent, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The recruiter also helps build a strong employer brand and maintains a healthy candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions with hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates.

Manage the offer process, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
