Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and coordinate with department heads.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus hiring.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.

Conduct telephonic and face to face interviews.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals).

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is an added advantage.

Good negotiation and relationship building skills.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience can apply.
