Job Description:

Handle Prior Authorization (PA) Non-Voice Processing.

Review and process medical documents for approvals accurately and timely.

Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams for clarifications and approvals.

Maintain daily logs and reporting for all processed cases.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Prior Authorization QCA / Non-Voice Processing.

Relieving letter not mandatory.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
