Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help our organization attract the right talent. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The candidate will also maintain recruitment databases, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with department managers to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support HR functions such as onboarding and documentation as required.
