Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and assistance to our senior residents in a respectful and compassionate manner.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication management.
Support residents during meal times, serving nutritious meals and ensuring dietary requirements are met.
Foster a safe and comfortable environment for seniors, promoting their independence and well-being.
Engage in meaningful conversations and activities, promoting socialization and mental stimulation.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in residents' health or behavior.

Requirements:

1.Previous experience in caregiving, personal assistance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
2.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
3.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4.Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors with patience and understanding.
5.Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work well within a team.
6.CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
