We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for BPO Voice/Non-Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls or chats/emails

Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain customer records and update information

Achieve daily/weekly performance targets

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English & Regional languages)

Basic computer knowledge
