Job Description :

Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA preferred)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Day Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office administration activities.

Maintain records, files, and documents systematically.

Handle correspondence, emails, and communication.

Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.

Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic accounting tasks.

Assist HR and management in scheduling meetings & events.

Ensure compliance with company policies and office discipline.

Skills Required:

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Organizational and time management abilities.

Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
