Skills Required:

Engineers for shift operation of main plant & Balance of Plant packages.
Drive the overall performance of the plant to ensure that production activities occur as scheduled within the plan
To receive Raw Materials and effective processing in Planning,
Granulation/Activation/Finished Product Screening
and Packing/Dispatches/ Quality Control/ Store Keeping/ Preventive Maintenance/Steam Generation and Power/General Administration/Welfare and House Keeping
To take an efficient and effective decisions during emergencies in their
shift, in the absence of Process Head, FM or GM.
To take necessary initiatives/steps to ensure the quality objectives are achieved on time, whenever identified for your activities..
Oversee organizational policies and procedures.
Ensure health and Safety committee meetings are held and tasks assigned
Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of mold design and maintenance.
