We are looking for an experienced Paint shop Maintenance Senior Engineer to oversee and maintain painting operations in our manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of paint shop equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and improving overall efficiency and quality.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5–7 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities for paintshop equipment and machinery.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in paintshop systems.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of paintshop operations, equipment, and processes.

Hands-on experience in maintenance of industrial machinery (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic).

Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Strong communication and team management skills.
