Hiring Nonvoice Process Associate Work with Leading Brands

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. The role involves providing support to customers via email and live chat, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries promptly via email or chat.

Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow communication procedures and guidelines.

Achieve daily and weekly performance targets (TAT, CSAT, quality, etc.).

Qualification:
Education: Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, BCA, etc.)

Postgraduates or diploma holders can also apply.

Experience: 0 to 2 years (freshers can apply)

Prior experience in BPO / email or chat support is an added advantage.

Skills:

Excellent written English communication skills.

Typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM with high accuracy.

Customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.

Salary:
15,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on experience and company)

Incentives based on performance (where applicable)

Night shift allowance (if applicable)

Additional Details:
5 or 6 days working, rotational week-offs

Work from office / hybrid (depending on the company)

Training provided during the onboarding process
