Job Description:

We are hiring motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Semi-Voice Process Executive. This role includes a blend of live chat support, email handling, and occasional voice calls to resolve customer queries. Ideal for candidates who enjoy both written and verbal communication but prefer limited call volume.

Process: Semi-Voice (Chat + Limited Calling)

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via chat, email, and occasional calls

Follow up on customer interactions when necessary

Meet daily performance targets and quality benchmarks

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Basic knowledge of customer service principles

Proficient in MS Office, typing speed 30 35 WPM

Ability to handle multitasking between chat and call platforms

Good listening skills and attention to detail

Problem-solving attitude and a calm demeanor

Qualifications:

Any Graduate B.Com ,B.B.A,B.A

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years experience in BPO/Customer Support are encouraged to apply

Candidates with prior chat, email, or voice support experience will be preferred

Salary Package:

16,000 28,000 per month (Based on experience and shift)

Attractive Incentives + Monthly Performance Bonus

Night Shift Allowance (if applicable)

Working Days & Shift:

5 or 6 Days Working

Rotational Shifts (Day / Night / Mid)

Rotational Week Offs
