The executive will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and updating records in the system. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with basic computer knowledge and problem-solving ability, are essential for this role. Candidates should be adaptable to rotational shifts and possess a customer-centric attitude.
