Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Semi-Voice Process Executive in our BPO. In this position, you will handle both voice and non-voice interactions with customers, such as calls, emails, and chat support. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their queries, providing product or service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English (and/or regional language as required), basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This role is ideal for candidates who want exposure to a mix of voice and non-voice tasks, offering an excellent opportunity to build a career in the BPO sector while gaining versatile customer support experience. Prior experience in BPO or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills Required
Good verbal communication skills for handling voice calls clearly and confidently.
Strong written communication skills for email and chat interactions.
Basic computer literacy, including MS Office, internet usage, and BPO software tools.
Ability to multitask and manage both voice and non-voice tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving skills to identify customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: Any Degree
Salary: Above 17k per month
