Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure that production targets are met efficiently. The role involves supervising shop floor activities, managing workforce schedules, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. The Production Supervisor will act as a link between management and production staff, driving productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
