In this role, you will be responsible for supervising production staff, monitoring processes, and ensuring that quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. You will coordinate production schedules, allocate tasks, maintain records of output and material usage, and resolve any issues that may affect deadlines. The Production Supervisor will also collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations, while motivating and training employees to improve skills and productivity.
