Diploma in Fashion designing and Garment Technology is a 3-year diploma level course segregated into six semesters. The eligibility criterion for this course is 10th or 10+2 students on the basis of high school performance. The diploma program mainly focused to train human resource in the field of “Ready Made Garments” industry. The course imparts skills related to garment export houses/ buying houses. During the fashion design and garment technology courses, students also learn to organize exhibitions for the sale of self designed handicraft products as well as accessories and fashion shows for showcasing their talents.
