Job Description :

Role : Customer Support Executive – English Voice Process
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Days: 5 days in a week
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound or outbound calls to support customers in English

Resolve queries related to products, services, or billing

Maintain call quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Update CRM or ticketing systems accurately

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Skills Required:

Excellent spoken English communication

Basic computer knowledge (typing, data entry)

Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Prior experience in international voice process is a plus
