Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries over phone in English.

Provide accurate information and solutions.

Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction.

Follow call handling scripts and process guidelines.

Update call logs and escalate issues as needed.

Skills Required:

Fluency in English (mandatory)

Good listening and communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Willing to work in rotational or night shifts
