Mahi Yoga Teacher Training school was founded by Guru Mahinder Prasad, a true Indian Yogi who has grown up in the yogic way of life. Practicing since he was a child Mahi has travelled extensively through India absorbing the knowledge of great Yogi Masters and Vedic scholars. Mahi founded the school in order to pass on his vast knowledge to as many as possible. Believing that yoga is for all and that sharing this pure science will better the world we live in.

Here at Mahi Yoga Teacher Training school we focus highly on teaching the alignment approach using precise instruction informed by anatomical knowledge, hands on adjustment and ancient wisdom to help our students find and create a balance in themselves and their future students. The Mahi Yoga Teacher Training school syllabus focuses practically on how to work with props and modification for all bodies, ailments and abilities.

We believe that through the practice of traditional yoga and meditation each individual can lead a more blissful and balanced life.

Therefore on our yoga teacher training courses we aim to impart ancient Vedic wisdom and how to apply it practically through physical yoga (asana), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
