I take Ambien for 0.5 tablets 4 pm in a row, then I take a break.
If insomnia returns, then again I start to take, but strictly 4 days, then again the maximum break.
I have absolutely no fatigue, mood decay and irritability. I get enough sleep, but if necessary, at night I can wake up quietly and fall asleep, and dream.
Of course, I understand that this is chemistry, and the body is not at all happy with these "vitamins", but I can not do anything about it, it's very important for me to get enough sleep.
