What Is Tilt Gravity Die Casting?
The tilt gravity die casting process is a part of the permanent mold process and Aluminum is used as a molten metal in this process. When pouring molten aluminum, the mold tilts to fill the molten metal properly. Mostly this process is utilized for casting materials with a high propensity to oxidation and foaming. It uses special tilting gravity die casting machines.

In this process, the liquid aluminum molten metals can be poured into a metal mold n a controlled fashion. When it is poured by tilting, it enables the liquid metal to flow down the side of the mold with low turbulence. It ensures good post-feeding.
