Insomnia is a rest disorder that keeps you from falling or staying asleep at night. The sleep disorder has symptoms like daytime tiredness, waking up while resting, increased chances of accidents, poor focus, irritability, and feeling well-rested after night’s sleep. Among the several treatment solutions available for treating insomnia, one of the most effective is cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). It treats sleep disorders by changing the way you think or behave. Unlike sleep pills that do not cure insomnia causes, CBT attacks the root cause of the sleep problem by replacing the negative thoughts or worries that might be responsible for restlessness at night.
