4. EAT... do not restrict yourself. Do not stop eating what you enjoy, eat what you want to eat, just have it within the syns because if you restrict yourself you will give up on the plan... trust me⠀⠀

5. PLAN.... The most important one is organise yourself and plan ahead for you meals, it’s super important! Breakfast, lunch, dinners, desserts, snacks... you name it! I planned it!! I was ready for the week ahead⠀⠀

6. DONT LET ANYONE TELL YOU, YOU CANT DO IT.⠀⠀
I had so many people tell me in the beginning I wouldn’t stick to it, it’s a fad & not maintainable... Did I let them stop me? No because I was giving it a try! & guess what here I am 2 years later & 7 Stone lighter, you can & will do it.. Believe in yourself, you are the ONLY person who can change your life! No one can do it for you, so don’t let anyone else stop you. It’s your life & you ARE in control⠀⠀
