Web Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate capable of adapting to new technology with good communication and learning skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Collaborating effectively with development and management teams.
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design enhance the user experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, In Vision, etc.
- Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Basic Angular JS, React JS, and Vue JS skills are a plus.
- A competent professional with approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX development.
