An HR Executive manages the end-to-end employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboard, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. They act as a bridge between management and employees, implementing policies, handling documentation, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment & Selection: Source candidates, manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
On boarding & Documentation: Conduct induction programs, manage new hire paperwork, and maintain employee records.
Payroll & Benefits: Process salary, track attendance/leave, and manage employee benefits packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor legislation, payroll, and HR best practices.
Tools: Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Keka, Workable, etc.) and MS Office.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
