Adithya IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Associate to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking programs when required.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
