We are the Laptop Store having 33 Branches across India deleing with sales and service of the laptops .We are looking for the Sales Executive Bangalore and Hyderabad with good communication Skills and telephonic ethics.

1.Whose Primary Responsibilities to co-ordinate between customers and the Engineers
2. Handling Incoming Inquiries Pro- Active Selling, Initiating Email/ Calling Campaigns, And Managing An Existing Pipeline with Good Communication Skills With Telephonic Etiquette.
3. Responds to Telephone calls, Email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure
Customer Handling / Customer Enquiries / Customer Follow-up / Cash Handling
Maintaining Daily Report & Stock Report & Billing
Capable of getting customer approval for Laptop Service/sales.
Should own the responsibility of their work
Capability to explain customer about the technical issue with the help of Engineer
