To apply for a US entry waiver (Form I-192), you must file either electronically via E-Safe or in-person at select US borders. CBP will collect the fee, take your fingerprints, and review your application. Always bring your Canadian passport to the border. Supporting Documents: Ensure your application includes all required documents, or CBP will reject it. The fee is $585 USD, but some applications may require $930 USD. Processing Times: CBP can take 6-12 months or more to process waivers. Both paper and electronic applications are accepted.
