Location: Chennai

Department: Automobile Manufacturing

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering.

Experience: 0 to 5 years

Salary: 20k to 30k Per Month (Based on Experience)

We are hiring a Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities in our automobile manufacturing unit. The role involves overseeing shop floor operations, ensuring quality standards, managing workforce, and achieving production targets within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production processes on the shop floor

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely output

Maintain product quality standards and ensure defect-free production

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams

Lead and guide the production workforce for efficient operations

Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

Identify areas of improvement and assist in implementing process enhancements
