Urgent Requirement: Admin Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary: Upto 25k per month
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration/Management).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities effectively.
