Assemblers attach valve, lube the rim and tyre, fit tyre to the rim, and then apply balance weights in the basic operation. Add matching, bead seat optimization, low-speed tyre uniformity assessment of the Tyre and wheel assembly in India, and visual inspection in intermediate phase. Bronze-coated steel wire strands formed into two hoops are implanted into the sidewall of the tyres to produce the bead, which ensures an airtight fit with the wheel rim. The tread and sidewalls are positioned over the belt and body plies, and pushed together.
