Your Contribution:
Team leadership is the process of guiding, coaching, and inspiring the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals while promoting a continuous improvement, safety, and accountability culture.
Process Optimisation & Efficiency: Using concepts like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, manufacturing processes are designed, implemented, and refined to increase throughput, decrease waste, and improve efficiency.
In order to optimise workflow and resource utilisation, operational excellence entails tracking production performance, evaluating data, locating bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and then creating and implementing solutions.
Quality and Safety Assurance: Working together with the QC team to guarantee that manufactured goods continuously fulfil design requirements and quality standards, as well as rigorously implementing all safety procedures to preserve a secure workplace.
Budget and Resource Management: controlling the production budget, allocating resources as efficiently as possible, and guaranteeing economical operations without sacrificing quality.

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
