By combining ultimate noise reduction with zero overheads and running costs, this model is a popular alternative to a costly dedicated server rooms, by allowing the deployment of servers and network equipment directly in the office/home environment. The SP 18.900 model has both Active (cooling fans and Air control system) and Passive (no fans) ventilation capability. Both Active and Passive ventilation relies on the installed IT equipment to draw fresh air in at the side and bottom, and expel it at the top thought the special ventilation holes.
