Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.

Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth candidate experience.

Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
